How to reduce stress through meditation

I am delighted to introduce you to a mediation series that will help to reduce stress in your life.
We will be using a series of simple techniques involving body, breath and awareness to enter into your mind where stress is reduced.
Meditation is an individual process and everyone experiences will be unique.
The hardest thing that you will have to do is try not to fall asleep.
March 20th and 27th – 11AM and 7PM
April 3rd and 10th – 11AM and 7PM
May 8th and 15th – 11AM and 7PM
June 5th and 12th – 11AM and 7PM

- comfortable clothes
- a pillow
- a blanket
- a yoga mat (if you don’t have one, I will have a few on hand to borrow)
This class is targeted towards beginners, but all levels are welcome.
